As part of our wider content plan for The Plug, I created the Hot Takes series a short, punchy video clips featuring the three main guests from our launch event. The goal was to extend the impact of the event by using the momentum (and availability) of our talent to generate additional content that could roll out over the following weeks.

The format centred around culturally relevant, sometimes provocative questions about working in the creative industry questions our audience genuinely debates. What made it work was the mix of perspectives: each guest brought their own take, often clashing or challenging each other in ways that felt honest and authentic.

It was a smart use of limited time with talent and gave us an engaging, low-lift content format to spark conversation, drive shares, and keep the brand active post-event.
